Together with the company, we are looking for the experienced IT Professional to hold the position of a:


SENIOR CITRIX ENGINEER


EXCITING is the perfect word to describe this new opportunity. This will be the first hired Senior Citrix Engineer for the Service Operations Team here in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the key person in this position and will ensure that the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will ensure that SLAs and System availability targets are met, and the company's Service Performance is brought to a higher level. This is an excellent job challenge for a person with big dreams and great ambitions!


Some of your duties:

- Monitoring and maintaining the IT Infrastructure (including installing and configuring, patching, performance, and capacity management);
- Providing second and third-line support for incidents and problems;
- Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents, problems, and service requests opened for/by Managed Services to customers;
- Train and brief the team members on new tactics and solutions.


You will be the perfect fit for the vacancy if you have:

- At least 5 years of experience as Citrix Administrator;
- Experience with Virtualization Solutions such as Citrix Hypervisor and VMware ESXi;
- Strong experience with Citrix Application Delivery Controller, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and Citrix Virtual Apps (administration, application deployment, maintenance, and operational support);
- MS Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and MS services (AD, ADFS, PKI) knowledge and practice;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud: Azure, Azure Active Directory, Intune, O365;
- Familiar with Exchange and SCCM, Workspace Management, Patching, Endpoint Protection, and Backup;
- Basic knowledge of networking, layers (TCP/IP, VPN), firewalls, and routers;
- Fluent in English.
