Position Title: Car Damage Cost Analyst with German and French/Italian
As a Car Damage Cost Analyst with French, you'll not only help ensure the integrity and accuracy of our services, but also build trust with our customers. Your expertise enables us to provide quality solutions while improving the efficiency and quality of our processes. Your contribution will help Experian to further strengthen its position as a market leader in information services and to consistently provide the best service to our clients.

What you’ll be doing?
Reviewing costs, estimates and claims reports.
Identifying and correcting miscalculations, contributing to the quality assurance of our services;
Acting as a link between Experian and the vendor companies;
Ensuring a smooth exchange of information and contributing to clarification;
Communicating effectively with our international partners - mainly in France
Working on the optimisation and further development of our processes in the claims area.

What you’ll bring?
Fluency in written and spoken French & English;
Graduate in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or similar;
Basic knowledge or experience with calculation programs (such as Audatex and DAT);
Knowledge of MS Office;
Strong communication skills
Team player;
Analytical thinker with eye on details.
