Currently, together with them, we are looking for an experienced IT professional to take the position of a:
SCRUM MASTER
Main responsibilities and duties:
This role is responsible for developing, coaching, and facilitating the Scrum Teams, as well as guiding them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology. You will work closely with IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams. As a Senior professional, you will help the scrum team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and support the Agile Transformation process in the organization.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Proven professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more of the following: Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow, etc.;
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related specialty;
- Very good command of English language (B2 level).
As an advantage would be considered:
- Good knowledge of other methodologies or practices (Kanban, Lean, SAFe).
