PHP Technical Lead
Part of your daily routine tasks will be:
In this role, you will manage processes, resources, and a small team focused on the back-end development of new projects & products. As a senior professional, you will provide technical knowledge, review, and give constructive feedback on team members’ code and performance. You will ensure alignment of the teams with technology and architecture strategy, and participate actively in the development process.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience as a team lead or technical lead is required;
- Hands-on dev experience as a PHP Software Developer - 5+ years;
- Proficient with Symfony framework;
- Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms;
- Good experience using PostgreSQL /MySQL databases;
- Good knowledge of microservices;
- Very good level of English knowledge - B2 or higher.
A great advantage will be previous working experience in the FinTech industry or in online payment services.
