For one of our clients – a company offering new and fresh insights and solutions in the field
of online payments. We are searching for focused, confident and skilled decision-makers for
the role of Customer Care Agent with Portuguese, Spanish or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships and stiving for customer satisfaction with every interaction;
* Conversing with the customers via various channels;
* Replying to requests related to company’s products and services;
* Using all available tools to come up with the best solution in a reasonable time-frame;
* Supporting escalation for complex cases, asking for feedback and improving constantly;
* Maintaining knowledge of company’s products and services.

Requirements:
* Well-mannered and confident conversationalist;
* Excellent knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish or German and solid knowledge of English;
* Focused and quick thinker able to make relevant decisions and come up with solutions;
* Eager to learn, improve and provide a quality service;
* Skilled multi tasker, able to organize and prioritize tasks well;
* Team-focused and willing to support other team members when needed.
