For one of our clients, an international fintech company that provides comprehensive business
solutions for payments through POS terminals, online platforms, and mobile applications, we are
actively seeking an organized and motivated Customer Experience Complaints Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, and email.
Share expertise with both internal and external stakeholders.
Handle complaints and correspondence efficiently, following policies for resolution and escalation.
Analyze feedback data to help the business make informed decisions.
Resolve complex complaints and provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with the team to address and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular Root Cause Analysis to identify and address underlying issues causing complaints.
Requirements:
Previous experience in complaints management is essential.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with corporate complaint management systems.
Highly organized and structured approach.
Ability to provide reports on complaint progress and root causes.
Familiarity with customer satisfaction management and reporting.
Skill in training staff on complaint management.
Fluency in English.
