and products. We are searching for customer-oriented, friendly and motivated people for the
role Call Centre Associate with Slovenian, Croatian or Dutch and English – Night shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Keeping up with process updates and integrating changes as they are introduced;
* Communicating with the customers via phone or chat;
* Handling their issues in a timely manner and striving to achieve customer happiness;
* Following up on complex cases and updating tickets with call scripting;
* Escalating complex cases to teams responsible for further processing;
* Maintaining free information flow and striving to keep everybody informed.

Requirements:
* Available to work on Night shifts;
* Excellent Slovenian, Croatian or Dutch and English skills (both written and spoken);
* Familiar with MS Office applications (mostly Word and Excel);
* Customer-oriented and friendly, motivated and egger to help;
* Ready for a challenge, driven to learn and improve;
* Experience in a call center environment is desired, but not required.
