Technical Care Representative with French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Taking support requests and preforming remote diagnosing;
* Utilizing all resources available and ensuring that everything is resolved in due time;
* Providing answers to customer’s questions, concerns and problems;
* Striving to achieve key performance indicators and provide a quality service;
* Following given guidelines and other preset rules according to Company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Strong French or German and good English skills;
* Analytical thinker, able to troubleshoot and analyze the situation;
* Customer-focused with and team player attitude;
* Proactive and skilled decision-maker;
* Familiarity and skills with VoIP and Rout Switch are an advantage;
* Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered an advantage.
