For one of our clients – a visionary company, operating in the BPO field. We are on a search
for communicative, bright and positive people for the role of Customer Support Specialist
with French, Italian or German and English – Late Shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with customers via email, phone or chat;
* Supporting customers by answering their questions and helping with their issues;
* Following progress on complex cases and escalating further when necessary;
* Adding scripting of the call to the ticket and escalating further to the team responsible;
* Following up on new updates and implementing changes;
* Helping maintain the free flow of information.

Requirements:
* Fluent in French, Italian or German and English language;
* Open-minded and bright with positive approach to work and customers
* Impressive communication and active listening skills;
* Available to work on late shifts;
* Experience in a customer support environment is a plus;
* Some understanding of computing technology and readiness to learn more;
* Skilled PC user and familiar with MS Office applications.
