For one of our clients – an established and famous company in field of customer experience
management solutions. We are looking for team-oriented, committed and friendly people for
the role of Customer Support with Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting the customers via tickets or calls;
* Identifying and reporting to your superior on observed issue trends and frequent questions;
* Providing support by listening closely and identifying the best solution;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a positive experience;
* Working as a part of a team, supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch or German and good command of English;
* Friendly approach and committed to providing the best experience;
* Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features and an active interest in learning more;
* Great listening and communicating skills, able to empathize with the customer;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
