For one of our clients – a leader in the customer experience management field. We are
looking for driven, bright and open tech-enthusiasts for the role of Level 1 Tech-Support with
Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of communication for the customers;
* Communicating via different channels, providing information and troubleshooting to find the
cause of technical issues;
* Provide solutions in the shortest time possible and keeping track of the progress till the
case is fully resolved;
* Escalating to the next level support team when necessary and in accordance to the rules;
* Updating the database and making sure that all details are noted and correct;
* Supporting other team members and striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Great command of one of the main languages and good grasp of English language;
* Reliable and driven, supportive towards other team-members;
* Open and bright when communicating, eager to help and provide a quality service;
* Interested in technology and eager to learn new skills;
* Experience in customer support is desirable and will be an advantage.
