Together with them, we're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to hold the position of a:
Junior IT Systems Support Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for end-user administration of the systems, monitoring of system logs during the execution of the procedures, and reporting all incidents to the Senior specialist. Besides, you will perform daily and end-of-day procedures, as well as Backup and Recovery procedures.
Essential requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or a last-year student in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent;
- At least 1 year previous experience as a Technical Support;
- Skillful in MS Office applications like MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc;
- Good knowledge of MS Windows Server;
- Knowledge or experience with scripting languages like PowerShell / Perl / Bash and/or Python;
- Very good level of English (B2 level).
Great plus will be:
- Experience with Linux / UNIX environment.
