For one of our clients – a world-renowned company working with clients from various
industries and offering a wide range of services. We are on a lookout for adaptable, team-
oriented and driven people for the role of PTE Customer Support with Polish, German, Italian
Dutch or Hebrew and English – 4h or 6h shits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Taking note of issue trends and frequent questions and informing your team-leader about it;
* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;
* Offering support, listening closely and trying to come up with the answer or solution;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a happy experience;
* Supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere by acting as a part of your team.

Requirements:
* Driven to learn, adapt and be of service and achieve great results;
* Active listener and confident communicator, able to handle various types of customers;
* Fluency in Polish, German, Italian Dutch or Hebrew and English language;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team;
* Available to work of 4h or 6h day shifts.
