For one of our clients – a leading company offering customer experience management
products and services. We are on a search for pro-active, driven and confident team-players
for the role of Call Centre Agent Dutch, Norwegian, Hebrew, Finnish, Danish or German and
English – PTE or FTE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing assistance via tickets or calls and striving to leave a good impression;
* Listening with care and empathy, analyzing the situation and offering the correct solution;
* Guiding customers and ensuring that everything is clear and easy to follow;
* Identifying and reporting on observed issue trends;
* Supporting colleagues and maintaining a good working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Great understanding of one of the main languages and good English language skills;
* Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features and a pro-active approach to learning;
* Active listener, driven to make a difference and provide assistance;
* Friendly, open and confident, result-oriented;
* Team-focused, ready to provide support and strive to meet the quality expectations.
