Your responsibilities:

- Manual testing of web based software modules;

- Review and analyze requirements, test for discrepancies and border cases;

- Alerting the development team about technical complains and incidents effecting company's customers;

- Tracking the events until problems are resolved, contacting the relevant factors in the organization when needed;

- Responding to events and various technical problems in real time on daily basis;

- Providing technical support services to clients by email or ticket system.

What do you need to have?

- Bachelor/Master degree in computer science or courses (SoftUni, Telerik, Advance Academy etc.)

- Experience as quality assurance engineer;
- Technical background - analyzing and producing reports, internet experience, basic web development skills;
- Ability to analyze problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources;
- Ability to speak and write succinctly about complex technical issues;
- Fast learner, multi-tasker, tech-oriented;
- Fluent English - written and oral. Ability to converse fluently, write/answer emails in English;
- Experience working with international clients;
- Other languages - an advantage;
- Team player.
