The company is now building a BRAND-NEW R&D team in Bulgaria and for that reason, together with them, we are looking to hire an experienced and motivated IT professional to hold the role of a:


RT EMBEDDED FW TEAM LEAD


Some of your duties:

The role involves developing real-time embedded firmware and going through all development stages of embedded firmware. You will join the process of interviewing and hiring new staff in Bulgaria and at a later stage manage it. Last but not least, you will be involved in the R&D process of the new products.


Required skills and experience for the position:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Electronics, Computer Science, (Electrical) Engineering or a similar specialty;
- At least 6 years of hands-on professional experience in developing real-time firmware using C/C++;
- Experience with bare metal and RTOS, ARM processors, and low-level drivers;
- Experience in both leading a team of Software /Hardware Engineers and end-to-end product development;
- Very good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
