For one of our clients – company known for its wide variety of services in the online
entertainment field. We are on a search for capable, experienced and driven individuals for
the role of CRM Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling technical challenges and collaborating with IT teams to integrate the CRM system
with existing software and platforms;
* Customizing and enhancing the CRM system to align with specific industry requirements,
managing user access, roles, and permissions;
* Conducting training sessions and providing technical support for employees, along with
developing in-depth guides and documentation tailored to industry and business needs;
* Staying informed about industry-specific CRM technology, planning and implementing
system upgrades, and conducting regular system and data maintenance.
* Ensuring the accuracy and security of player data, implementing data quality measures,
and managing player segmentation for targeted marketing;
* Generating reports on key CRM metrics, player engagement, and observed patterns to
improve overall business performance.
* Collaborating with different sectors and offering insights to enhance initiatives aimed at
improving player experience;
* Ensuring adherence to industry and company guidelines and regulations at all times.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience as a CRM administrator or in a technical role in the casino industry;
* In-depth understanding of the industry and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
* Proficient in CRM casino-specific software and familiar with system customization and
integration into the casino context;
* Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, ability to analyze and problem-solve efficiently;
* Experience in training employees and creating and handling casino-specific documentation;
* Knowledge of database management, player segmentation, and casino-specific analytics;
* Capable, organized, and motivated to improve and optimize processes;
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities;
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
