We are currently seeking a highly responsible and experienced candidate to fill the position of CS
Shift Leader for one of our clients, a brand in the online casinos and sports betting industry.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead and excel in a dynamic
and growing field.

The Role: As a Customer Support Shift Leader, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth shift operations, providing leadership to customer support representatives, and contributing to an
efficient and customer-centric work environment. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating shift
activities, resolving escalated issues, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both customers and
team members.

What You Will Do:
Lead and supervise customer support representatives during shifts.
Resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Manage internal and external written communication.
Collaborate within a small, highly efficient team to ensure the best customer experience.
Provide support to customers via Live Chat, Email, and Phone.
Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones, assisting with services and products.
Maintain customer records and drive brand loyalty through personalized experiences.
Stay up to date on all products and collaborate with other departments for marketing promotions.

We Expect From You:
Very good knowledge of Bulgarian (written and spoken).
Strong computer literacy.
Аdvanced English skills (written and spoken).
Proven experience in a gaming company.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Quality focus, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.
