For one of our clients – a global leader in business solutions and services – we are searching
for experienced, confident and capable individuals for the role of OTC Process Expert.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Establishing the complete end-to-end process in collaboration with the Service Delivery
Lead;
* Developing KPIs and metrics for the evaluation and monitoring of the comprehensive
process and striving to meet KPIs set by the global organization;
* Guiding the standardization and integration of processes through continuous improvement,
identifying new opportunities for improvement and incorporating automation and robotics;
* Prioritizing activities related to process development and using benchmarking to establish
and share leading practices;
* Contributing to building the OTC area in the Finance Shared Services and beyond (as part
of the global finance organization) and participating in transition activities when applicable;
* Taking part and contributing to regular Internal Control forums, when needed.

Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in the business process field, specifically OTC;
* Fluent in written and verbal English;
* Possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry’s best practices;
* Available and willing to travel when needed;
* Analytical and skilled with projects, acquainted with project management methodologies,
* Oriented towards operational excellence and capable with change management and transitions.
