MANAGER IT GOVERNANCE UNIT


Some of your responsibilities and duties:
You will be responsible for managing the IT Governance team and topics related to IT Process Management, IT Compliance, and Project Management.

This role is accountable for developing the ITSM, Service Transition, and Demand/ Delivery Management. It is fully responsible for the delivery of the projects on time, Service Design, and Service Management within the organization. Last but not least, you will be responsible for Capacity management incl. the human capacity related to the allocation of resources for each one of the projects which have to be fulfilled by the teams under your governance on time.



Essential requirements for the role:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer science, (Business) Informatics, (Software) Engineering, Economics or related specialty is mandatory;
- Professional experience in IT Governance and IT Compliance, IT Project Management preferably in a leadership role as part of a Financial / Bank institution or any of the BIG 4 companies;
- Knowledge and proven experience in leading IT Projects, processes, and resource allocation;
- Good understanding of the Card Payment industry, processes, and software-related systems;
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and deep understanding of ITIL / ITSM principles;
- PMP, BIAN, TOGAF principles or certification will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level).
