Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT professional to hold the position of a:


TECHNICAL LEAD of INTERNAL SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS Dept.


Some of your duties:

As a Tech Lead of this team, you'll lead a team of Software and Integration Developers who are involved in analyzing, supporting, and customizing e-banking, web, and mobile banking solutions. Your role will include identifying the problems, reading the logs of the system, doing code reviews and user acceptance tests. Last but not least to search for new technologies and give ideas on how to improve the current applications

Essential requirements for the role:

- Experience in leading small teams of technical staff (6-12 people);
- Previous professional experience with Microsoft .Net and MS SQL;
- Hands-on experience in developing and supporting web and mobile (Android or iOS-based) applications;
- Experience or good knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP)
- Previous experience working under Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, (Software) Engineering, or other IT-related specialty;
- Good command of the English language – both written and spoken.
