For one of our clients – a globally present company offering a variety of financial and
payments related products and services. We are on a lookout for determined, skilled and
polite individuals for the role of Help-Desk Agent with Spanish, Dutch, Greek, French, Italian
or German and English (Varna).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via different channels;
* Offering additional information, new insights and answering customers’ questions;
* Using all available tools to find suitable solutions for customers’ issues;
* Updating knowledge company’s portfolio regularly and stiving to keep up with the changes
and improve constantly;
* Building and maintaining strong relationship with customers;
* Escalating complex cases when needed and ensuring everything is handled quickly .

Requirements:
* Excellent of Spanish, Dutch, Greek, French, Italian or German and solid English skills;
* Excited to be a part of the team and located in Varna;
* Active listener, able to empathize and show care and compassion;
* Calm and polite while dealing with different types of people;
* Skilled with prioritizing and multitasking able to do two or more tasks at the same time;
* Determination to provide a quality experience, learn and develop constantly.
