For one of our clients – a company known for their contributions to different fields. We are
searching for seasoned, experienced and challenge-ready individuals for the role of
International Contract Transition Expert with French, or Spanish and English (Regional or Global).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Creating the comprehensive transition plan from initiation to completion;
* Collaborating with the client to execute the plan and tailoring the process if required;
* Establishing billing and reconciliation processes;
* Collaborating closely with local teams for the installation of hardware and software;
overseeing the transition of customer-owned devices, managing hardware moves, and disposals as needed;
* Supervising the setup of remote services and facilitating the enablement of supplies deliveries;
* Guaranteeing timely project delivery within the expected budget and in adherence to quality
standards outlined in the contract.

Requirements:
* Fluency in either French, or Spanish and English;
* PMP/Prince 2 (Practitioner), ITIL, MPS Knowledge certificates are a preferrable;
* Has 5+ years of transition and project management experience for Regional roles and 7+
years for Global roles, particularly with customer projects, preferably involving
hardware/software installations;
* Skilled in effective task prioritization, with proficiency in planning and coordinating;
* A confident communicator, presenter, and negotiator, capable of establishing trust and
adapting to diverse communication levels;
* A proactive problem-solver and decision-maker, adept at taking charge of situations and
guiding successful conflict resolution;
* Team-oriented, professional and trustworthy, ready to offer support when necessary;
* Possesses at least a High School level of education, with a preference for a Bachelor's diploma.
