the role of Level 1 Technical Consultant with Greek, Slovak, Czech or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with both new and existing customers;
* Addressing diverse issues and providing solutions and guidance;
* Escalating challenging cases in accordance with company guidelines;
* Collaborating with team members to achieve predetermined objectives;
* Ensuring the timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules;
* Logging new entries and maintaining the accuracy of existing records.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in one of the main languages and English (both verbal and written);
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach;
* Committed to learning and improvement, flexibility, and adaptability to changes;
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and serve;
* Analytical thinker with a talent for problem-solving;
* Interest in technology and proficient PC user skills.
