For one of our clients – an established, global company offering services in the customer experience management field. We are on a search for driven, organized and customer- focused people for the role of Remote Help-desk Representative with French, Dutch or German and English – Night shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering info and advice to customers relating to company’s products and services;
* Working in together with other team-members, assisting and offering advice when needed;
* Handling customer requests via various channels of communication;
* Providing solutions and guiding customers through the issue solving process;
* Loggin details about every interaction with customers and keeping the records up-to-date;
* Ensuring customers’ happiness by providing a professional and positive experience.

Requirements:
* Strong French, Dutch or German and English;
* Experience in a customer support environment is an advantage;
* Customer-focused and driven, able to adapt to various types of customers;
* Friendly and motivated to work as a part of the team;
* Capable and organized, excited to work in a dynamic environment;
* Available to work on night shifts.
