For one of our clients – world-renowned company, offering its services in various fields. We are searching for communicative, flexible and talented analytical thinkers for the role of Technical Support Agent with Czech or Slovak and English – Work from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact to new and existing customers;
* Ensuring that deadlines are met and activities are carried out as per schedule;
* Helping other colleagues and contributing to team efforts to meat pre-set goals;
* Dealing with a various issue and offering solutions and guidance;
* Escalating the difficult cases further and in accordance with company’s guidelines;
* Logging new and keeping existing logs up-to-date.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English (verbal and written);
* Determined to learn and improve, flexible and able to adapt to changes with ease;
* Team-player approach and desire to help and be of service;
* Amazing soft skills and customer-focus;
* A talent for analyzing issues and finding solutions;
* Interest in technology and good PC user skills.
