We provide permanent and talent leasing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, ICT, and Multilingual sectors. We are looking for candidates for one of our clients based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is - Customer Support Analyst in a Fintech Account with English and Danish/Norwegian/Finnish

Tasks:
• Provide solutions to questions/inquiries encountered in money transfer transactions or forward the issue to the relevant units
• Provide timely reply and accurate information on the client's request
• Assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements:
• Fluency Danish/Norwegian/Finnish, both written and verbal (C1)
• Working level of English (B2)
• experience in a similar role is desired, but not a must
