The role is - E-commerce Customer Support with German

Tasks:
• Answer Inquiries
• Resolve Issues
• Update information
• Update documentation
• Ensure Satisfaction
• Offer Guidance
• Analyse issues
• Assess reports
• Implement Fixes

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and German both written and verbal
• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce and/or customer support role

Working hours: shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Workplace: on-site
Training: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting (on-site)
Full-time
Salary: 3,600 BGN per 12 months
Relocation package available
