For one of our clients – a fast growing company on the European market, operating in the
investments field. We looking for experienced, reliable, creative and confident individuals the
role of Graphic Design Team Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Planning and managing design projects from start to finish;
* Coordinating all graphic design aspects from concept to completion;
* Working closely with the Design team and generating innovative ideas;
* Making creative alterations to projects and ensuring high-quality original artwork delivery;
* Maintaining brand consistency in marketing projects;
* Staying updated with industry trends and seeking new products;
* Improving design capabilities by analyzing processes and proposing solutions;
* Managing internal design databases and performing assigned tasks.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in design (preferably graphic/web) with 3+ years of experience in Graphic or Web Design;
* Proficient in Adobe CC and video editing tools, UI/UX experience is a plus;
* Familiar with graphic design techniques and trends;
* Strong communication and time management skills;
* Able to work under pressure, analyze the situation and make decisions efficiently;
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
