We provide permanent and talent leasing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, ICT, and Multilingual sectors. We are looking for candidates for one of our clients based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role is - Technical Customer Support with German

Tasks:
• Troubleshoot Issues
• Provide Solutions
• Maintain standards
• Update documentation
• Detect Spam
• Offer Guidance
• Analyse issues
• Assess reports
• Provide Guidance

Requirements:
• Good linguistic expression in German (at least B2);
• Active listening;
• Use various troubleshooting and diagnostic tools;
• Efficiently manage time to meet response and resolution targets
• Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)


Working hours: Mon - Fri: 10am to 7pm
Workplace: on-site
Training: on-site: 4 weeks training + 8 weeks nesting
Full-time
Salary: 3,500 BGN per 12 months
Relocation package available
