Service Desk Specialists (German language)


…who will work on a brand NEW project starting this month. As a part of your responsibilities, you will communicate with customers in German mainly via the ticketing system and E-mail, to analyze and resolve incoming requests. The project is a cutting-edge solution in medicine that helps patients live healthier lives.

Essential requirements for the role:

- Very good knowledge of the German language (B2 level at least)
- Good knowledge of the English language as a part of internal communication;
- Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel) and working in an Internet environment;
- Experience in a similar role will be considered as a great advantage!
- Readiness to start the job in a short time;
