AI Platform Support Specialist with GERMAN language
Main requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Technical support role;
- Strong interest in Artificial intelligence (AI) and eagerness to work on AI-based projects;
- Previous professional background in a software support position;
- Familiar with SaaS and experience in working with ticketing systems;
- Excellent level of GERMAN language - B2 or higher;
- Very good level of English - B1+/B2;
- Ability to work on shifts.
Advantages of the position:
- Some knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence or Machine learning will be a great plus!
- JavaSript or Typescript knowledge;
