variety of fields. We looking for motivated, approachable and adaptable individuals for the
role of Support Specialist for a Telecommunications Project with German or French and
English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing customer support across multiple channels;
* Assisting with administrative and technical inquiries;
* Analyzing and efficiently resolving customer queries on a case-by-case basis;
* Escalating complex cases or calls to relevant departments as needed;
* Regularly updating systems and making necessary changes.

Requirements:
* Great German or French skills (C1+) and solid English skills (B1);
* Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable;
* Organized and communicative, able to adapt to different situations;
* Available and motivated to work in shifts, learn and improve along the way;
* Familiar with MS Office applications.
