Remote Care Agent with Polish, Italian, Hebrew, Dutch or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring customer happiness by listening carefully and communicating professionally;
* Communicating with the users and getting to the root cause of their issue;
* Keeping track of issue trends and reporting to your supervising team;
* Helping users resolve their everyday use issues and answering their questions;
* Working closely with other colleagues and contributing to a great working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Solid command of one of the main languages and good English skills;
* Familiarity with Android OS and iOS use and features;
* Bright communicator able to connect and communicate clearly and politely;
* Team and customer-oriented, willing to assist, find and implement solutions;
* Results-driven, eager improve personal performance and work long-term.
