role of Support Agent with Norwegian, Polish, French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Engaging with customers through various channels;
* Offering information and handling requests regarding company’s products and services;
* Utilizing available tools to find the best solutions for customer issues;
* Maintaining knowledge on the products and services on offer;
* Ensuring customer happiness and considering feedback for continuous improvement;
* Striving to be efficient and escalating of complex cases when necessary;
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Norwegian, Polish, French or German and English (both verbal and written);
* Good people skills and ability to adapt to different types of customers;
* Detail oriented and an active listener;
* Driven to learn and deliver a high-quality customer experience;
* Organized and a capable multitasker;
* Enthusiastic about being part of a team and based in Plovdiv.
