General duties:
Manages automated testing activities within the project - from planning to execution.
Organizes automation test team members to ensure understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes.
Plan and document end-to-end Quality and Testing strategies in line with company standards
Participate in project planning meetings and requirement elaborations, estimate, and commit to QA deliverables
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for banking applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the QA processes.

Requirements:
5 + years of Software QA testing experience;
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in performance and functional testing;
Fluency in English language;
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps/
Proven experience in automation testing within the banking or financial industry.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with API testing and web services using tools like Postman, API Testing and Cypress.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
