SALESFORCE PROCESS LEAD


Expected qualifications and skills:

- University degree in (Business) Informatics, (Software) Engineering, or Economics;
- 4+ years of experience in Process management;
- Good knowledge and experience with data architecture design, data engineering, and with SQL;
- Very good knowledge of the CRM analytical concepts;
- Experience with different BI tools, one or more of the following PowerBI, Tableau, and QlikView;
- Very good command of the English language.
