Together, for a brand new project, we are looking for a motivated professional to join the team in the role of an:


Application Support with German


Your responsibilities will include responding to customer requests related to the company's platform, resolving issues and proposing improvements. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams, developing expertise in the company’s systems.

Key requirements for the role:

- 1+ years of professional experience in a Technical Support role;
- Familiarity with SaaS and experience in a software environment;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Strong interest in Artificial intelligence (AI) and eagerness to work on AI-based projects;
- Excellent level of GERMAN language - B2 or higher;
- Very good level of English - B2;
- Willingness to work on shifts.

*Knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript will be considered a great advantage.
