CRM PROCESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

In this role, you will develop, support, and optimize CRM processes related to sales, customer service, portfolio, and segment management. Besides, you will work with different stakeholders, managing pipelines, prioritizing clients' requirements, keeping deadlines, and communicating closely with other teams.


Key requirements for the role:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics or Economics;
- 4+ years of professional experience in Process management;
- Experience with data architecture design, data engineering, and SQL;
- CRM analytical concepts;
- Experience with BI tools, at least one of the following: PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView;
- Very good command of the English (B2 level);

It will be a plus if you have any:
- Salesforce Certification;
