PTE Level 1 Technical Assistant with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identifying and understanding users’ needs and requirements;
* Achieving outstanding customer experience and satisfaction;
* Assisting with general issues, product support, and troubleshooting via various channels;
* Providing detailed information and guidance on product features and usage;
* Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive resolution;
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are
met.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English and no previous experience required;
* Team-oriented and open-minded;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen with care;
* Ability to connect with users and navigate different types of situations with ease;
* Organized and reliable with a team-oriented and proactive attitude;
* Available to work on day shifts.
