ServiceNow Implementation Specialist


Some of your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform - including Implementation, administration, and support of different modules/ products on the ServiceNow SaaS platform.


Required skills and competencies:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist;
- 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript for ServiceNow customization and development;
- Good understanding of IT service management processes, familiar with ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM modules.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher);
- Knowledge of the German language is a great plus but it is not mandatory!
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or another Engineering or IT-oriented specialty;

*** Being a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator will be an advantage.
