For one of our clients – world-renowned company, offering services and products in the
customer experience management field. We are on a search for communicative, motivated
and tam-oriented people for the role of Help Desk Advisor with Hungarian or Slovenian and
English - Work from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;
* Offering support, listening closely and trying to come up with the answer or solution;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a happy experience;
* Taking note of issue trends and frequent questions and informing your team-leader about it;
* Supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere by acting as a part of your team.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Hungarian or Slovenian language and English;
* Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems and their features;
* Active listener and confident communicator, able to handle various types of customers;
* Motivated to learn and be of service and achieve great results;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
