Business Analyst with ServiceNow

It's a key role of the ServiceNow project delivery team. You will support the technical delivery of transformation projects based on the ServiceNow platform.
You will also be involved in configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform - including Implementation, administration, and support of different modules/ products on the ServiceNow SaaS platform.


Required skills and competencies:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Business/ System Analyst or similar role;
- Professional experience with one or more of the ITSM ServiceNow products ( FSM, SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, GRC);
- Strong professional background in IT Operating Model design;
- English language;
- Certification in BA, ITIL Foundation, or as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator will be a great plus.
