For one of our clients – a global giant operating in a wide variety of fields, we are searching
for proactive, positive and friendly individuals for the role of Support Agent with Danish or
Norwegian - Day Shifts and PTE option (4h/6h shifts).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Addressing customer concerns through phone, email, or chat, aiming for efficient resolution;
* Identifying and meeting individual customer needs while achieving performance goals;
* Conducting independent research to provide exceptional support and promote self-service tools;
* Managing multiple systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records;
* Ensuring the confidentiality of financial transactions and reporting technical issues when needed;
* Actively supporting teammates by providing feedback and contributing to team development.

Requirements:
* Proficient in Danish or Norwegian (C1) and English (B2 or higher);
* Skilled at remaining composed when handling challenging customer interactions;
* Adaptable to changes in products, processes, and technology;
* Dependable, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities;
* Experienced in using MS Office applications;
* Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
