Customer Support Agents (Financial Services)

Responsibilities in the position:
Assisting clients with opening new accounts, managing account balances, and processing transactions.
Training the clients about the company’s diverse financial products and services, including shares, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stock indexes, and forex.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in customer support in financial services or at least as a Customer Support Agent;
- Passion to work with different financial products - shares, stock indexes, cryptocurrencies, commodities;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other economical speciality;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Excellent skills in MS Office;
- Fluent in German language (C1 or higher) OR in Polish (C1 or higher).
