Junior Compliance Auditor

In this position, you will develop audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and analyze data during audit planning. You will evaluate internal policies and procedures for regulatory compliance and internal controls for regulatory risk mitigation. In addition, you will conduct fieldwork and prepare audit reports, communicate audit findings, and follow up on corrective actions. Last but not least, you will collaborate with business units for effective communication.

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience for the role:

- 1+ year of professional experience in internal/external audit, compliance audits, controls assurance, or another related field
- Deep knowledge of compliance and internal control audits
- Awareness of applicable regulatory frameworks for the industry, including ESMA, JMSLG, MiFID II, and GDPR
- Previous commercial experience in the Fintech industry, banking, or financial institutions is strongly recommendable
- University degree in Finance, Law, (IT) Audit, or other economic specialty
- Excellent command of the English language
