ServiceNow Product Owner


Some of the main responsibilities:

- You will manage the ServiceNow product backlog;
- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all business requirements are met;
- You have to prioritise the product requirements for the development team;
- You will develop a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities;
- You have to identify the opportunities for improvement and closely collaborate with the stakeholders;
- Last but not least, to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases;


Required knowledge, skills, and qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in the IT sector;
- In-depth knowledge and professional practice with ServiceNow;
- Familiar with SPM and FSM or TNI and OMT modules/features;
- Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements and managing product backlogs;
- Practical ITIL knowledge (certifications will be a plus);
- Proficiency in English;

You will get an additional bonus point if you have:

- Some previous experience in the telecommunications industry;
- Knowledge of the German language.
