IT BUSINESS ANALYST


In this key role, you will work very closely with the Project Manager, ensuring quality implementation of the set requirements. Your responsibilities will include active communication with third parties, participating in meetings, and maintaining business requirements documentation. You will also be involved in quality assurance processes, supporting the execution of test scenarios and identifying issues.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field - Informatics, Finance, Economics, etc.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in the fintech sector (banks, insurance companies, software fintech companies);
- Hands-on experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements;
- Data analysis experience and strong analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of databases, experience with SQL, and JIRA;
- Technical understanding of integrations, IT systems, and software solutions;
- Working experience with Waterfall and a will to learn and use Agile methodologies;
- Very good command of English - both spoken and written.
