BI & Data Analytics Engineer


As a BI & Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, reliable data infrastructure and pipelines - including data ingestion, integration, ETL processes, and real-time connectors - to support business-critical measurement and reporting needs. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and security across the entire lifecycle, while developing well-documented, high-value data sets. In this role, you’ll continuously improve data systems and processes, stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, and take an active part in coding, testing, and maintaining robust data solutions.

Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
- Experience with Big Data management, data partitioning, replication, and time series
- Technical experience in data mining and data analytics
- Good understanding of horizontal and vertical scaling principles
- Experience with databases, ETL processes, and data pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL/PSQL, knowledge of PL/pgSQL, and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial protocols is an advantage
- Very good command of English (B2).
