Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via inbound phone calls
Provide technical and administrative assistance (products, contracts, billing, system inquiries)
Analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions
Advise customers on products and services while identifying sales opportunities
Process account and system changes
Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the relevant departments
What We’re Looking For:
German language skills at C1 level or higher
Customer-focused mindset and strong service orientation
Excellent communication skills and sales confidence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office
Flexibility to work in shifts
